15 Day Return Policy

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn
  • Items cannot be altered in any way, shape or form
  • Shirts cannot be removed from packaging
  • All labels must be intact and remain attached to the suit
  • We give buyers up to 15 days to return an unworn or undamaged item

Exchange & Refund Instructions:

Returning on is easy and fast!  We know that sometimes ordering and exchanging items that did not work out can be a hassle. You can order a UPS domestic shipping label here and get started, here’s what you need to do:

Step One: Submit Your Return Using Our Online System

  1. Click to see your order history, Click Return items Button on your order that you want to return.
  2. Choose Qty to return; Choose Return reason or write down in comments area; Choose return action whatever you would like to receive store credit or a refund. Then submit return request.
  3. We will sent email (Return request status was changed) to you as soon as possible, when your return request status are authorized.
  4. Order a return label at the link below.  You will receive your return label and authorization via email or mail shortly.

Step Two: Process Your Return

  1. Print label and authorization.
  2. Prepare Package (Include return authorization): You can use your original box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
  3. Attach return label: If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them. Attach your new return label to the shipping box.
  4. Ship it: Drop it off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center. PLEASE DO NOT USES A UPS DROP BOX – you must drop off your return at a UPS Service Center – thank you! Find the UPS Service Center Nearest to You.

Step Three: Your Return is Completed

  • If you chose a refund we can process that as soon as your item is received at our return facility. Your refund will be issued and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed.

Order Your Return Label

Once we have received your item we will then inspect it for any alterations or damages. If there is any questions we will email you. If a severely damaged item or incorrect item is returned, you will be liable for the cost of the item.

*Please note to use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.

What can I return?

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Does Ez Man do replacements?

We can only replace the exact item and version you ordered, and you are responsible to return the damaged item within 15 days. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

How can I track my package?

If tracking information is available, you can track your package via the Your Orders page. Just click Button "Details" you will see the tracking number at bottom.
